Confortable et tr\u00e8s lumineux, ses \u00e9quipements correspondent \u00e0 son classement 4* \u00e9toiles (obtenu selon les nouvelles normes 2022). Ce classement n’est pas obligatoire, il est demand\u00e9 par le propri\u00e9taire des lieux, son objectif \u00e9tant de garantir aux locataires un bon niveau de prestations et de confort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ideally located, between sea, beach and forest, on the 1st floor of a small secured residence and right on the water, the Studio “L’Astrolabe” offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the large beach of St-Georges de Didonne and on the Atlantic Ocean. Designed to accommodate a couple, it has a balcony, a quick access to the beach and a secured private parking with an assigned space.

Comfortable and very bright, its equipment corresponds to its 4* stars classification (according to the new 2022 standards). This classification is not mandatory, it is requested by the owner , his objective being to guarantee tenants a good level of services and comfort.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
